The case of this Xaela of midnight blue is hardly different, seeing the journey as part of the discovery.Beneath the mirth and malice, one could find their own curiosity with the enigmatic Borlaaq. A young Xaela born of the Borlaaq, a tribe of women warriors renown across all of the Steppe; Kokoghoa is an oddity amongst these sisters of the Dusk Mother. The daughter of an ambitious ugdan, Kokoghoa has constantly sought the approval and well wishes of her mother, inheriting from her in matters of magic and traditional geomancy. Her desire to live up to a sought after legacy eventually led to a long journey away from the tribe ere before her 17th summer.
This turn of events has renewed a desire to obtain what she could, be it knowledge, power, or a desirable asset beyond those.
For many, it would not take long for them to surmise that Kokoghoa is a rather haughty and impish young woman. Beyond her outwardly graceful disposition, she is quite free-spirited and bold, rarely without a remark to her present circumstances and takes an almost sadistic delight in her words cutting into those that she perceives as unworthy of her respect.
This attitude is further compounded by the manner in which she generally presents herself, often in clothing of a bold, regal purple or dark red; sometimes a dress of fashion from the Far East, though more often recently, she has adopted Eorzean fashion... depending on her mood. In either case, her preferred fashion tends to show skin, as a matter of personal pride that she takes to her own appearance.
"You Think You Can Dethrone a Queen of Magic, do you?" : Kokoghoa can be found out and about testing her magical mettle in competitions of combat that will allow her to demonstrate her prowess and perceived superiority as the self-styled "Queen of Stone."
"Know Something Useful to Me?": Kokoghoa is tireless in her pursuit of many things arcane. Whether it is Thaumaturgy, Arcanima, Conjury or Geomancy or some form of magic more... obscure, A good way to pique her attention is to intrigue her in this topic... perhaps there is something she has not know... yet
"I have need of your strength." The Borlaaq witch is quite proud of her strength and prowess in many things magic, but she does have the wisdom to seek out the protection of others if she is in need of some additional muscle for a task she is aware is a little beyond her.
"You need my strongest potion, do you?" Kokoghoa is eager to part with her alchemical concoctions... for a price. Many of these potions seem as though they were produced in environments beyond safe or ethical procedures, but the woman seems confident enough that they do indeed work!
"Trouble seems to follow wherever I go." Whether it is through the company of taverns, or skulking within a quieted library or darkened city alleyways, this woman has a knack for striking up some mischief, often for her own amusement. Her tongue is certain to rile up less composed individuals who deign to speak to her.
"I see it. It looks important. I want it and I shall have it." Trinkets, artifacts, and relics of old, especially pertaining to magic, are often coveted by this woman. If it catches her interest, she'll try to find someway to possess it herself, whether it is through power or prevarication. Or she may just hire someone else to do it for her.
"Did your Homework on me? How flattering..." The Ishgardian House Beleaux harbors and backs a small, but auspicious band of scholars and researchers who study magic and arcane theory all across the star. Perhaps someone knows of this house in particular... or the hushed rumours about the House's history... or what a Xaela witch has to do with them.
